APSCA Collab-Book (2010 Summer Project)

I am organizing a collab-book, which will be published through Lulu and sold online. The book will feature artwork, poetry and prose. All profit from this book will be donated to the ASPCA (American Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals).
This collab-book will be published through Lulu and will be sold online. The book will most likely be a soft-cover book and will be sold for around $20-$25. In order to be able to publish the book, we need to fill at least 48 pages, so please tell as many people as you can about this project and send deviants who may be interested into participating over to this journal. Also, please advertise this project in your own DA journals/blogs, so we can get the word out!
To participate in this collab-book, you must contribute either a piece of artwork, a short story (1-10 pages), or a poem featuring animals and which also follows the guidelines below. Send all your files to jessieq.artwork@gmail.com. All files must be emailed in by AUGUST 1ST, 2010.
Any deviant can contribute!
G U I D E L I N E S
GENERAL RULES:
• All works must feature animals.*
• Must be appropriate for younger audiences (rated G-PG)
• You can submit as many pieces as you'd like (there's no limit).
• Files must be sent to jessieq.artwork@gmail.com before AUG 1ST, 2010.
*Some prompts to get you started (optional): Home, family, companionship, exotic pets.
ARTWORK:
• Must feature animals.
• Anthros and fantasy creatures are acceptable.
• All mediums are acceptable.*
• Must be appropriate for younger audiences (rated G-PG)
• Files sent in must not have watermarks over this pictures.**
• File must be no bigger than 8.5" x 11" or 2550 pixels x 3300 pixels.
• File must be either .jpg, .gif. or .png.
* If you are working in a traditional medium, send in a scan/photo of the original art.
** Of course, you can sign your name in the corner; just no obnoxious watermarks.
PROSE:
• Must feature animals.
• All genres are acceptable.
• Must be a short story (1-10 pages).*
• Must be appropriate for younger audiences (rated G-PG).
• File must be either .doc, .rtf, .wps, .pdf, or .ps (preferably .doc or .rtf).
* If you want to write something longer, please check with me first.
POETRY:
• Must feature animals.
• All genres are acceptable.
• Must be appropriate for younger audiences (rated G-PG).
• File must be either .doc, .rtf, .wps, .pdf, or .ps (preferably .doc or .rtf).

Well, the distant deadline is more for me than anyone else. Haha. In the middle of August, I'm moving to a new apartment, so I figure it's going to be hectic and I won't be up to organizing anything -- let alone drawing anything.

A few questions:
-Is photography included?
-Can we submit more than one piece?
-And can the stories/poems be personal? (i.e. for a specific pet?)
